Booking Policies:

Deposit Required Upon Booking

A non refundable $15 deposit is required upon booking your appointment. Deposits are non refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your total amount owed on the day of your appointment. The remainder of the amount owed may be paid via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or debit/credit card on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance before your appointment. Only 1 reschedule allowed per deposit. Failure to do so will lead to you loosing your deposit. If you need to cancel your appointment completely you will lose your deposit.

Late Policy

Please be on time to your appointment and plan accordingly. There is a 10 minute grace period. After that time there will be a $15 late fee charged. If late more than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your total service cost.

Refunds

No refunds. No exceptions.
